ANGUS WILSON

Angus Wilson is a born and raised farmer, living on Nungwai his family property with his wife and family. Completing a Bachelor of Design Studies at Queensland University in 1981 Angus has worked his farm and raised his family along-side creating his artworks ever since.

The first art piece he remembers making is Triffids Way in 2005 – a series of bent pipe in an archway configuration.

Angus and his wife Sandie have both used their artistic gifts to turn Nungwai into an artist wonderland. They have 16 sculptures situated throughout their property with the big Australia sign and “Once Upon a Time” being their most photographed!

Sandie is just as talented as Angus, running various workshops at the Nungwai shed during the year.
